Nasi Lalapan originated from Miri. My next trip to Miri, I must have a try at the founder of this dish. Here in Bintulu, Seri Kandi Cafe is one of the favourite places for local to try this dish. In Seri Kandi their chicken is grilled and swipe with satay sauce.
If you want to try another version, head down to 900 cafe who recently offered their version of Nasi Lalapan. Love the fried chicken which is much more tastier than Seri Kandi's but a little more pricey RM13.++ See picture below.
